How it all fits together

Get found, get booked, get paid, get repeat.

Four simple stages. Every part of your online setup slots into one of them, and it is all run for you, on one bill.

  1. Get found

    Site, email & Google

A website built properly, business email set up so it stops landing in spam, and your Google profile sorted, so people in your area actually find you.

    See how it works →
  2. Get booked

Bookings & ordering on your own site

Take bookings or orders on your own site, under your own brand, so you own the customer, not Fresha, Booksy or Just Eat. Plus a simple CRM and hot-lead phone alerts.

    See how it works →
  3. Get paid

    Payments & reminder texts

Take payment on your own site, and send the appointment reminder texts that cut no-shows, so fewer empty chairs and fewer chased invoices.

    See how it works →
  4. Get repeat

    Reviews & local marketing

Automatic review requests after a job or visit, plus email and SMS marketing to bring customers back, so happy customers turn into more customers.

    See how it works →

Connected, not bolted together

It all talks to itself, so you do not have to.

Most owners stitch together a booking app, a spreadsheet, a texting tool and a reviews app that never speak to each other. Here it is one connected Business Hub. Here is a single booking, start to finish:

  1. A customer books on your own site

They pick a slot on your website, under your brand, not on Fresha or Booksy. The booking is yours, and so is the customer.

  2. Their record appears in your CRM

The same second, a tidy customer record is created for you automatically, name, service, time, contact. Nothing to type up.

  3. A confirmation text goes out

They get an instant SMS confirmation from your business, then a reminder before the day, the texts that cut no-shows.

  4. After the visit, a review request fires

Once the job is done, a polite review request goes out automatically, so your happy customers turn into more customers.

You did nothing after the booking landed. No copying details across, no chasing for a text, no remembering to ask for a review. One connected setup, all run for you. See the Business Hub →

Your client portal

One place to see your site, and how it is doing.

Every client gets a private portal. Sign in with your email, no password to remember, and everything to do with your site is in one place: your plan, your billing, this month's performance, and a form to ask for a change. It is live and ready the moment you come on board.

  • Your site, one tap away

Your live site and its address in one place, so you are never hunting through emails to find your own web address.

  • Your plan and billing

See your current plan and what it includes, and manage your subscription securely through Stripe. One bill, no surprises.

  • This month's performance report

Uptime, speed, and the one growth move for the month, in plain English. Generated fresh each time you open it.

  • Request a change in seconds

Need a price updated or a new photo added? Send the change straight from the portal. Small edits are usually done the same day.

Why people actually choose us

10 things every plan includes that agencies still charge thousands extra for.

Every plan includes all ten, on one bill. No "discovery phase" upcharge, no add-on invoices.

  1. One accountable point of contact

The people who build your site are the ones who look after it. No relaying through a middle layer, no offshore subcontractor, no "I will check and get back to you".

  2. One bill · no surprises

Your website, email, bookings, payments, reviews and Google, all run for you on one monthly bill. A fair price agreed up front from your deep-dive, no "discovery phase" upcharge, no "the client asked for blue" invoice, no surprise add-ons. See how pricing works on /pricing.

  3. You see it first, before launch

You see and review your site on a private link before anything goes public. We tweak until you are happy. You are never seeing it for the first time on the day it goes live.

  4. Bespoke, no plugin sprawl

Every site is built properly, no 30 WordPress plugins to update, no template builder to outgrow. It loads in under a second on a phone on mobile data.

  5. Built to work for everyone

Your site is built to a high accessibility standard, readable, usable, and easy to navigate for everyone, including the 1 in 5 UK adults with a disability. That is better legal protection under the Equality Act 2010, a wider audience, and a tick in Google's favour.

  6. Get found on Google

Get Found Locally done properly: a fast, clean site, your Google Business Profile sorted, and the local-visibility basics in place, so you show up when someone nearby searches for what you do, and the phone rings.

  7. Fast, safe, close to home

Hosted on UK/EU-based, GDPR-friendly infrastructure with free SSL, daily backups and security patching kept up to date for you. Your data and your customers' data stay close to home. No tracking pixels, no selling your data, ever.

  8. Call or message, any time

Got 5 minutes and a question? A quick call or message. No booking link, no 90-minute Zoom, no "let me circle back". Same response time as messaging a mate.

  9. You own everything

Domain in your name. Your code is yours. Your Stripe, Google Business and hosting accounts are in your email. Walk away with the lot whenever you like, no questions, no exit fee.

  10. UK consumer law on your side

14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancel within 14 days of starting and get a full refund. Cancel later and the next month just does not bill.

How it works

Four steps to live, and we do the lifting on every one.

From first hello to a site that runs itself. Here is exactly how it goes.

  1. Tell us about you

Pick a plan (or message us first). We take your business, your services and your old site if you have one.

  2. We build it properly

We design and build your site properly, written around your trade, not a generic template. Fast UK/EU hosting, and your business email set up properly at the same time.

  3. You see it first

You review it on a private preview link. We tweak it with you until it is right, no surprises.

  4. We launch and keep it running

We put it live on your domain, sort your Google profile, and keep it fast, safe and current as part of your monthly plan, for as long as you stay, or until you cancel.

Our honest promises.

The things we will always do, and the things we will never do. In plain English.

  • You own your site, domain, Google profile and data. All in your name from day one. Walk away with everything whenever you like.

  • No cold-call spam. Give us your number and it is for talking about your site, full stop. We will never sell it or hand it on.
  • No tracking pixels, no selling your data. Ever. Free cookieless analytics so you see your visitors without anyone being tracked.

Questions, answered

The things people ask first.

How much does it cost?

It starts with a free audit of your site, so you see where you stand at no cost. If you want the full picture, the £300 deep-dive gives you a one-hour consultation, a detailed written audit and a fixed quote, and the £300 is credited against your build if you go ahead. The build itself is quoted to your brief, then website management is from £49/month, quoted to your business, and services may vary. It can run as a monthly managed service or as a one-off project, whichever fits. One bill, no lock-in, cancel any time. No packages to squeeze into, the plan is built around your business.

What is the deep-dive, and why is it paid?

The free audit is an automated site score. The £300 deep-dive goes far beyond it: a one-hour consultation, a detailed written audit of your whole setup (funnel, email and SMS, CRM, automation), a system blueprint, and a fixed quote for the build. It is paid because it is real work and a real plan you keep either way, and the £300 is credited against your build if you go ahead, so it costs you nothing extra to proceed.

When do the monthly charges start?

Once your build is live and running, the monthly amount charges on the same day each month until you cancel. No surprise bills, cancel any time and the next month simply does not bill.

How long does it take?

Most sites are live within a week or two of the brief being agreed. Builds with bookings, ordering and marketing automation take a little longer to wire up, but you will see a preview early and we go live the moment you are happy.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel any time, one click. The running plan ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. You own your code, and your domain is in your name, so you walk away with everything. See /refund for the framing.

How do the bookings work, do you take a cut?

Your bookings, ordering and payments run on your own site, under your own brand, so the customer is yours, not a marketplace's. Unlike Fresha, Booksy or Just Eat, which take 20–30% AND own the customer relationship (then market your rivals to them), here the customer and their data stay with you. The booking module is run by TicketWave HQ, the same company that builds your site, and it charges a fair fee, on the same one bill. No separate apps, no separate logins.

What counts as a small edit?

Text changes, image swaps, opening-hours updates, a new service description, the everyday tweaks. Those are included in your running plan and usually done the same day. Bigger jobs (a new section, a redesign, a new feature) we will talk through and quote separately.

Do I need a domain?

If you have one, we take it over and look after it. If not, we will register one in your name with Cloudflare Registrar (or your preferred registrar). The ~£10/year renewal is paid by you directly to the registrar, no markup from us, and we prompt you at renewal so it never lapses.

What if I already have a website?

Even better, send it over. We will build you a new one and carry across your content, photos, and your Google reviews and ranking, then keep it running on your plan.

Who actually are you?

UK Web Marketing is operated by TicketWave HQ Ltd, company number 17143167, registered in Pudsey, Leeds, a real company you can check on Companies House. It is founder-led by Jordan Gilbert, who has been building websites for 20-plus years, with bespoke UK small-business sites behind him. You get direct support and one accountable point of contact, not a call centre.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. The running plan can be paid monthly or yearly, whichever suits your cash flow, and paying yearly is a little cheaper. Either way there is no lock-in: you can cancel and keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for.

Is my site fast and safe? Where is it hosted?

Yes, expertly built sites load in well under a second on a phone, with free SSL, daily backups and security patching kept up to date for you. It is hosted on UK/EU-based, GDPR-friendly infrastructure, so your data and your customers' data stay close to home. No tracking pixels, no selling your data, ever.

I just need ads, not a full build, is there something cheaper?

Yes, our sister tool generates ad copy and images for £19 per campaign, no subscription. It is self-serve and perfect for one-off campaigns. Open the Generator at ukwebmarketing.com/tools/ad-generator. If you want your whole online presence built and run for you, start with a free audit and we will take it from there.
